「Very good 」

「I was very dissatisfied with the cleaning staff, our room was not cleaned no were we given clean towels, it was claimed that at 10:00 am the sign was on the door, however we were having breakfast, why would there not be a second walk by because breakfast ended at 10:00 and we went back to get our stuff for the day and took off the sign. Very disappointed!」

「Very nice and friendly staff. 」

「Very nice property close to bars and restaurants」

「The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street.」

「Fabulous stay」

「员工很友善，设施也不错。我的睡眠本身就不好，午夜被开门声音吵醒！他们房卡给错了，还打电话给我。这是半夜啊，后半夜就没睡着。很累」

「Bad smell, uncomfortable bed, dirty, fire hazard with wires and patch up plumbing for the shower. The microwave didn’t work because the breaker tripped. The carpet at the entrance dirty and the door wasn’t painted either.」

「They informed on arrival that they were fully booked. They informed us that they cancelled our reservations months ago since we did not pay. Our reservation from expedia stated we would pay on arrival. They told us they could not help us. We had to drive 50 minutes out if our way.」
