"The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel itself had a very nice room and great location, would highly recommend! The only problem I had at all was a piece of the shower door came off when I went to take a shower but the staff was super helpful and understanding about it so I waned to give a specific shout out to how amazing the staff handled that situation and how much I appreciated it! "

"Room was dirty, there is no hot tub and not sure I would trust swimming in the pool. We got there sorta late so we didn’t even bother. I’ll personally never stay here again. Breakfast wasn’t even semi good. Pictures are false adverting. "

"The staff checked me into my room under the wrong reservation in their computer. They assigned my room to someone else the last night of my stay and that person tried to enter my room at 8:30pm. I was then asked to come to the check in counter where they realized their error but made no effort to correct the inconvenience on my end. As a female traveling solo it was incredibly uncomfortable to have someone attempt to enter my room and have to assist in correcting an error I didn’t cause. The experience has caused me to not be willing to book a stay at an Avid hotel again in the future. "

"Don't bother with the breakfast coupons. Didn't save me any money and was a hassle. Some days they would and some days they would not give me a free drink with breakfast. Just buy breakfast where you want, instead of paying for a coupon"
