We had some trouble controlling the heat and the construction caused some inconvenience and the property manager responded with a refund for our our discomfort. 「This was my second stay at River Mountain Lodge and I love its unbeatable location — just one block from both Main Street and the gondola. We booked a premium condo for our three-night stay and really enjoyed unwinding in the dry sauna, steam room and hot tub at the end of the day. 「I was there for a nearby conference, but it was a fantastic place for families. They went all out with Halloween decorations—very festive. They also had a great kids room, pool and arcade/game room. The property is a little older, but very clean and comfortable with a fireplace, spacious private balcony, kitchen, and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!」
