Então: o imóvel tinha bastante pernilongo em nossa chegada, e solicitei a administração um tapete para o banheiro e não foi disponibilizado, ficamos praticamente 5 dias hospedados e o imóvel não possuia um pano de chão, e nenhum produto de limpeza, ficando impossível manter o ambiente limpo, o box do banheiro estava com vazamento (foi solucionado após nosso pedido.) mas um pano de chão, produtos de limpeza são ítens básicos. A vizinhança foi bastante barulhenta, com música altíssima até 02:30 da manhã, tornando impossível dormir e descansar a noite, a região tem BASTANTE MOSQUITOS, acordamos no primeiro dia com manchas de sangue na roupa de cama, devido matar pernilongos durante a noite, foi bastante complicado, mesmo deixando o imóvel fechado a maior parte do tempo. Enfim...a pia da cozinha entope com facilidade também.

O flat tem um visual bonito e aconchegante, porém a experiência foi prejudicada pela falta de cuidado com a limpeza. Encontramos muitas formigas, baratas no ambiente e, infelizmente, o banheiro exalava um forte odor de esgoto. Esses problemas comprometeram bastante o conforto da estadia.

As condições de limpeza deixavam um pouco a desejar, as paredes bem sujas, muita formiga, solicitei um cobertor a mais (pois o que tinha não era um cobertor e sim um cobre-leito tão fino quanto o lençol ),no primeiro dia e me foi dito que seria solicitado e até o último dia não recebi o cobertor e nem tive resposta sobre, os travesseiros não tinham fronhas também, durante a estadia também caiu uma parte da porta do quarto , informei a recepção, me foi informado que alguém iria arrumar pois era comum acontecer, porém ninguém apareceu. Deixo também como sugestão que disponibilizem se possível pano para copa e um secador de cabelo e um cobertor

O flat maravilhoso com todos os utensílios de cozinha me senti em casa. Apenas a limpeza que estava ruim. Como fui com criança eu sempre olho em baixo da cama e sofá para ver se está tudo ok, lá esta com poeira e com areia espalhada pelo flat é como se alguém que esta antes chegou da praia e não foi feito a limpeza para nossa estadia. Como cheguei tarde umas 19h estava sem paciência para chamar atenção dos funcionários. Fora isso. Foi maravilhoso. Recomendo e vou voltar com certeza.
