Boa estadia, mas como sugestão reavalie o anúncio. Na pesquisa que realizei coloquei a idade das crianças e quando cheguei no oocal me deparei com a falta de cama para uma. O recepcionista informou que era devido a gratuidade da de 5 anos, mas, que tipo de gratuidade é essa que se não paga, não dorme? Informaram que ela teria que dormir na cama de alguém. Muito ruim esse serviço, pq eu não pedi gratuidade, coloquei a quantidade de pessoas e idade corretamente. No mais, a estadia é boa, nada demais

Pousada aconchegante e rústica

Pontos positivos: A pousada tem um ambiente rústico, aconchegante, limpo e bem conservado. As acomodações tinham camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, e tivemos noites bem dormidas. A comida servida no café da manhã é bem gostosa, com diversas variedades, inclusive preparo de tapioca na hora. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, deram dicas importantes para melhor aproveitar as praias e passeios. A piscina é boa, possui duas saídas similares a hidromassagem, e com manutenção diária Pontos negativos: Um dos quartos que nossa família ficou tinha muitas muriçocas/pernilongos. Sentimos falta de varal ou toalheiro, para secar/pendurar roupas e toalhas molhadas, mas usamos a criatividade e aproveitamos bem os espaços disponíveis e cabides do armário para essa função. Estranhamos um pouco a disposição do chuveiro do nosso quarto, pois era bem próximo a porta de entrada do banheiro, além dele estar com vários pontos de entupimento da ducha, e não dispor de mangueira, o que dificultou um pouco o banho das crianças pequenas. Mas no geral, recomendamos o local e nos hospedariamos novamente.

Pousada bem aconchegante, lugar perfeito para descansar Só achei os banheiros pequenos e o teto da suite master baixo. Porém nos atendeu no que precisávamos Nos primeiros dias que chegamos só tinha minha família hospedados na pousada e nem por isso o café da manhã deixou de ter variedades, tudo bem simples, mas feito com amor O atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso, muito atenciosos e prestativos, estão todos de parabéns Localização bem tranquila, porém precisa de veículo para ir até o centro de Porto de Galinhas onde estão os comercios e restaurantes

A estadia foi boa, porém o quarto não estava tão limpo. Encontramos garrafas de água mineral embaixo da cama. Toalhas de banho furadas e gastas. Funcionários da recepção receberam sem máscara, o vigia também. Hóspedes se servindo sem máscara e funcionária do café da manhã com máscara abaixo do nariz.

scam and shameful conduct

I am very disappointed overall with Curuja’s pousada lack of capable people working for them. Management eas unable to solve simple problems as refunds for us having to leave due to being exposed to COVID-19 while I was hospitalized for surgery. The place is musky and dirty, pictures of the place are deceiving and looks nothing like the real thing. The only good thing was breakfast but even that people were crowed together in the restaurant showing no social distancing etiquette. I would never stay there again. Just very disappointing and a scam since the pictures were not showing reality.
