Férias

Tive 2 imprevistos: primeiro quarto no box ainda banheira no local do chuveiro e pedi pra trocar de quarto e fui atendida. No segundo quarto no dia seguinte a tranca eletrônica deu defeito e além da demora pra tentar consertar cerca de 40min descobriram que não tinha jeito e tive que mudar de quarto que ao menos era bem melhor que o anterior e mais compatível com o nível da rede. A vista dos quartos muito boa e apenas no quarto mais caro tinha edredom e a qualidade das amenidades era superior. Quartos amplos. Café ótimo. Facilidade pra agendar passeios pra praia. O cão recepcionista o Xodó é um charme a parte. Não recomendo a piscina que além de não bater sol a água é muito gelada, deveria ter aquecimento. Nas espreguiçadeiras parte delas ainda é possível pegar sol uma parte da manhã. Serviço de quarto bom pedi um sanduíche veio rápido e gostoso.

Pontos positivos: equipe toda atenciosa, da recepçao a limpeza. Boa limpeza do quarto tambem. Cafe da manha bom tambem. Pontos negativos ficam por conta da estrutura do quarto, os ar condicionados sao extremamente antigos e barulhentos, tive que desliga-los pra dormir e passamos calor. No banheiro vinha um mal cheiro provavelmente dos ralos, e ao tomar banho vazava agua por baixo do box, tivemos que usar q toalha de banho pra agua nao invadir o banheiro. A cafeteira de capsula nao funciona direito, alem de sair um cafe horrivel voce paga R$ 10 pela capsula. O wifi só funcionou no primeiro dia, nos demais mesmo voce tentando conectar novamente nao funcionava. Dos 3 elevadores, em alguns momentos apenas 1 estava funcionando, resultando longas esperas pra se pegar o elevador. Em resumo, parte humana boa, e parte estrutural muito abaixo do padrao da rede Mercure. Pagamos mais caro e optamos por um Grand Mercure para termos uma estrutura no padrao que a rede oferece mas encontramos algo que precisa de boas reformas urgente.

Experiência razoavel. Instalação antiga e precsria para um 4 estrelas. Elevador barulhento causando sensação de insegurança; sosgema de ar condicionado vazando nos corredores do 10 andar em diversos aptos. Meses da afea do restaurante em mas condições e pratos com bordas quebradas.

Só escapa o café da manhã!

O quarto espaçoso, com mesinha e sofá, porém, mal cuidado! O teto de gesso está puro mofo; entra água da chuva por cima da janela (bastante água), porque tem um vazamento na parede! A porta do banheiro não fecha porque a madeira está estourada; o vaso sanitário tb está vazando por baixo, no piso. O que compensa é o café da manhã, que é bem diversificado, com vários itens como pães, bolos e frutas. O custo-benefício no final não é bom!

Excelente opção para Recife.

Excelentes atendimento, proximidade com a praia e academia (Smart Fit) com bom custo benefício. O apartamento que fiquei era reformado que ficou excelente. Muito legal também o mascote Xodó (cachorro que apareceu no hotel e que hoje faz parte do antendimento rsrs).
