Experiência nada agradável
Aconteceu algo que nunca tinha visto em pousada alguma. O café da manhã só tem opção de café e suco com açúcar. Obs.: Muito açúcar! Quando fui pedir café e suco sem açúcar. Fui informado que não serviam. Um funcionário gentilmente fez o café sem açúcar pra mim, e falou que iria deixar uma jarra de suco sem açúcar a disposição para minha família, fiquei feliz com a iniciativa dele... Meu filho iria tomar café logo em seguida. Nesse momento em que meu filho chega pra tomar café, mais um transtorno. O funcionário que disse que iria fazer uma jarra, saiu do local e a funcionária que estava atendendo falou que só poderia servir suco sem açúcar se fosse cobrado a parte. Após muita reclamação da minha parte, ela falou que iria fazer um copo de suco em caráter de excessão, pq a regra da casa é cobrar pelo café ou suco sem açúcar. Realmente essa estadia foi uma experiência nada agradável. Espero que revejam esse tipo de procedimento, pois vcs estão se destacando frente as outras pousadas. De forma negativa é claro!!!

O quarto para casal tinha uma cama de solteiro que dificultava o acesso a cama de casal. O banheiro com puxador do box faltando, chuveiro com direcao da água para a parede e botão da descarga quebrada.
No cafe da manhã, encontreo cabelo no ovo.
