Me senti enganado

Muito decepcionado. Primeiro, em nenhum momento na reserva constava se tratar de um flat. Eu reservei imaginando se tratar de hotel, com todas as facilidades e comodidades (checkin rápido, manobrista para o carro, atendimento pela equipe de funcionários, problemas no quarto resolvido direto no hotel, etc). Mas não foi o que encontrei, tive que esperar quase 30 minutos o dono do quarto chegar; tive que me preocupar em estacionar o carro; o chuveiro do quarto jogava água pra todo lado, menos para baixo, o teto do banheiro cheio de mofo, entre outros). Me senti enganado pelo hotels.com

Enganação. Nunca Mais

Péssimo. Reservei o quarto esperando a estrutura de um hotel, e o que recebi foi o morador de um flat indo me receber pra por um quarto de condomínio. Os lençóis são velhos e empoeirados, o banheiro cheio de fungo ( o que meu primo ficou tinha um fogão com resto de comida). Foi solicitado o serviço de meia diária após meu voo ser cancelado, o proprietário falou que teria que mudar de flat porque já tinha outra pessoas aguaradando, e que seria cobrado o valor de 1 diária inteira, não fez questão de ajudar (Não mesmo né?). Café da manhã estava incluso no pacote, e eles cobram 50 reais por fora, mas se falar no joke do dono é apenas 25. Enfim, não recomendo. Só acho que o Hotéis.com pecou em ser bastante claro na oferta e ser claro no anúncio. Uma completa enganação.
