"This hotel is ideally located to the Frankfurt HBF. If you find them right exit in the station you will be 50 m from the front door of the hotel. The staff who work on the front desk absolutely excellent. They make the stay so much better."

"I loved the room. Very clean and well suited with what we needed. The staff didn’t seem too eager to help with my questions. Could have been a language barrier, but still they just seemed uninterested in helping past check-in. However, the bartender answered all questions and was great."

"This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany. We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight. Our check-in person gave us a complimentary room upgrade to Premier Plus and we were in our room before noon. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave at 6AM to catch our ICE train to Hamburg so we did not get to enjoy breakfast."

"Three night stay and it was not great. Check in was very slow as there was only one person working the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful however always appeared to be working on their own. The hotel bar was never open. The AC was marginal at best. No ice machine anywhere in the hotel. It was a pain to get ice as the staff working the desk would have to go get it somewhere deep inside the hotel. There is almost no walk ability. It’s an hour walk to get to the old town area or anywhere of interest. Rooms are clean but dated and the beds are lumpy."

"Property was across from train station which was excellent. Only issue is once u walk out of hotel and start walking toward station you run into homeless peope and when we walk the next block behind hotel it smells like urine. They had the police station right actthe street near train station but they only work the train station. Outside the train station around the block i saw private security."
