Beautiful hotel and property, guests get access to the 6 main photo attractions for no additional fees, fees are only for non hotel guests. Mountain view room was worth it. Clean, plush robes provided and a per room unit with a/c for the day and heat for night.

The attractions were right outside of our room. The view is spectacular. The restaurant didn’t have enough staff in the restaurant at all times so service was a bit slow. I also would have liked more flavorful food options

We got the Mountain View suite it’s was so beautiful the views are beautiful at night , will definitely be back to stay again , the beds are very comfortable everything was excellent

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly a nightmare from the start. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a front desk attendant with a clear attitude. We were visibly struggling with our luggage, and she didn’t offer any assistance, nor did she give us any information about the hotel’s amenities like breakfast or the bar/restaurant—which we didn’t even realize existed until the second day. On the very first night, a terrifying incident occurred. My husband was in the stand-up shower and was sliding the door open to let our 3-year-old son in. Suddenly, the glass shower door exploded into countless shards. He suffered a cut on his arm and needed two stitches in his foot. Had our son entered at that moment, the consequences could have been far worse. We immediately asked for help. My brother went to the front desk to request a paramedic. The same receptionist who checked us in called them, but that was the extent of her concern. She didn’t offer us towels, ask how my husband was doing, or show even the slightest bit of empathy. She just stood there on the phone with an annoyed expression while my husband was actively bleeding. It was incredibly inhumane and inconsiderate. We were relocated to another room that night. However, on the second day, the air conditioner in the new room began leaking and drenched all of my luggage and personal items. We were moved again to a third room. To make matters worse, on our last night, loud music and partying continued until 1

Me quede dos noches y no realizaron el aseo de la habitación . El ventanal de mi habitación de lujo me hubiera gustado estuviera limpio por fuera, se veían manchas y eso quitaba vista al paisaje . La comida del restaurante si esta muy rica y bien servida. Lo demás todo bien

Un hotel hermoso con vistas increíbles, recomendable para parejas. El restaurante tiene comida deliciosa. En esta temporada las ventiscas son muy fuertes, si tienes sueño ligero te costará dormir.

Le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable (j’ai payé en cash et j’attends toujours ma monnaie), il n’y avait pas de papier toilette dans la chambre, on ne me l’a jamais amené alors que je l’avais demandé en passant à la réception… L’intérêt des chambres est la vue sur la montagne… quel intérêt d’avoir une belle vue si les vitres sont super sales ?? Pour le prix de la nuit, ce n’est pas acceptable..
