"1) Great location. 2) Great views. 3) Good breakfast with hot options. 4) Reliable WiFi but it requires logging in every 24H, which means it can drop out in the middle of doing something. 5) The printer in the business center did not work (no toner). 6) They often lock the front door to the hotel, which is really annoying and stupid. 7) One front-desk guy is really argumentative and annoying. 8) No housekeeping unless you ask for it before noon. 9) Electronic room keys often do not work and need to be replaced at the front desk, which is annoying."

Had a wonderful visit at the Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford, Connecticut. It is the only private residence decorating Louis Comfort Tiffany. Twain wrote Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn in upstairs Billiard Room. Twain's writings captivated the American public attention for several decades and his writings are great representation of issues in America in post Civil War to early 20th century.
