Bad service front counter. During check in time, the front desk Told me they will give me food and beverage discounts because i am member. During check out time, i have to paid full amount because they front desk unable to check if i’m member and it take 15min to check around, at the end i paid full amount because taxi waiting. Bot recommended

Think again?
Despite my excitment in stayibg at holiday inn in fact do not expect that level ofcservice you think you are getting from a holiday inn. As its not a main city the english is limited which means if you dont speak Thai you have problems and especially in requesting for things. Do yourself a favor as its next to the mall go there for food its a lot easier and nicer.

I like the hotel and would stay there again.The room is adequate size and makes great use of space. The bed is comfortable. The towels and bed sheets are soft and bright white. One annoying aspect is the requirement to use the room key is overdone. I understand as normal the use to access the elevator from the first floor or lobby. But why require them to go from the 29th floor to a lower level? Wouldn't anyone on the top floors already have a room key to have gotten up there? The same is. true of the exercise room. No one can get up there without using a room key on the elevator. So why do they need the room key again to open the doors? To exit the exercise room you must press a button to unlock the doors. Really necessary? I can find no evidence of crime by outsiders in hotels or against tourists in Raylong, Thailand. It feels like one of the safest cities on earth. Finally, the arm chairs in the lobby have the upholstery worn through. The chairs are an eyesore. Reupholster or replace them.

Our stay at this hotel went pretty well. We arrived and was quickly checked into our room with a sea view. They quickly set up an extra bed in our room for my son who ended up joining us. The room was very clean, great views, updated interior and big in size. The offer several options for dining on site. We chose the rooftop bar. This was a little different experience as the service was absolutely horrible. We found that the only person who was truly working was the restaurant manager. Don't get me wrong, he was great, but one person working all the tables as the other staff stood chit chatting doesn't work well with getting refills on your drinks or ordering food. Overall the food was good, but the views from the rooftop bar were the best. We did manage to go down to the pool however, there were so many children in it that we opted out of taking a dip. Suggestion of adult hours at night would be a plus.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was very nice and quiet with a great seaview. Very nice breakfast with great service. Pool with super view and fitness very good. Hotel very conveniently located for shopping and city access. Highly recommended.

Nice modern property but air conditioning issues
This is a new property with a fitness center and outdoor pool the breakfast was very good with a large variety. The Club Suite was very spacious and nicely decorated the only real negative was the air conditioning which would not go below 26 Celsius 78.8 Fahrenheit. Maintenance did try to address the issue twice but the issue persisted, the staff did honor my request to change my room but the new room also had the same issue and would not go below 25 degrees. The gym was modern and clean but a notification needed to be made to the front desk to turn on the air conditioning before every use. Overall a nice modern property with the negative being air conditioning which is an important necessity in Thailand.

We stayed over a weekend in a 1 bedroom suite which gave us club lounge privileges.. open bar between 6-8pm wine red and white, with limited spirits and mixers. Cocktails chargeable,good range of free hot canapés.. breakfast is not to be missed..we did not eat in the foods of the world buffet restaurant 5th floor but looked good vale at 649bhat ++ .. we did eat in elements restaurant on the 30th floor pizza was excellent main course was nothing to write home about but the evening views are just amazing from the triangular window table.. service 1st class go the extra mile and book the club rooms you will not be disappointed..

โรงแรมใหม่สะอาด ห้องกว้าง จองห้องสวีทสามารถเข้าเล้านจ์ได้ (มีน้ำดื่มและคุกกี้บริการทั้งวัน อาหารและขนมมีข่วง 18.00-20.00 น) ห้องสวีทและ superior สามารถขอห้องเชื่อมกันได้ด้วย ดีมากๆๆๆ มีปัญหาเรื่องคีย์การ์ด เดี๋ยวใช้ได้ เดี๋ยวใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องลงมาเปลี่ยนที่ฟร้อน ซึ่งลิฟท์รอนานมากกก และที่จอดรถที่ไปจอดในส่วนของห้างที่ติดกับโรงแรม ตอนเช้าจะออกไปเที่ยว รปภ ไม่มห้ออก บอกต้องรอ 10 โมง พนักงานห้างมาถึงจะออกได้ ต้องโทรไปแจ้งพนักงานโรงแรม กว่าจะได้ออกก้อใช้เวลาสักพักเลย แต่โดยรวมชอบที่นี่มากค่ะ มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีก

Inte lågbudget men mycket bekvämt. Taxi gäller om man skall någonstans: matmarknaden, stranden, restauranger. Undantaget BigC alldeles bredvid, med både affärer och restauranger. Hittade också en lokal restaurang med plockbuffé där man gillade/kokte maten själv billigt! Topprestaurangen fin men dyr. Poolen på 29:e jättefin. Mycket trevlig personal. Fina rum med det mesta man behöver. Frukost 100kr men jättefin.

The Hotel is new, perfect position close to shopping mall and restaurants. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic to meet your needs. I was in a one bedroom suite on the 21st Floor and couldn't have been happier. I had dinner at the top floor restaurant and the meal was excellent. I would certainly recommend the Holiday Inn and I will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time
