"Hotels.com actually provided inaccurate information about this hotel. There IS front desk staff on site to check you in before 10pm. And although I paid an extra $15 per room to pay later at the hotel, the hotel went ahead and charged my card for all 3 rooms before we even arrived. Other than that, our stay was good and we were happy to have
