"they gave me a room that smells bad. It’s insulting a customer who paid premium price for a room on non busiest day. Taking things for granted. Not a good business practice. They changed the room upon my request after examined the smell etc. i am grateful 🙏 but 100% they know the issue with this room. They shouldn’t list this room in the inventory at all. Otherwise ask the customer if you’re willing to stay despite the smell or give them option to cancel. Not Good Hopefully they improve their service🙏"

"Everything was clean, quiet, and wonderful. The only problem was when the brief power loss ... and power coming back on ... turned on the TV at 2 a.m. But then again, the hotel didn't cause the strong thunderstorms, which caused the power outage!"

"We were very displeased with the odor in our room. We went out and purchased a can of Lysol disinfectant spray and sprayed the entire carpet, baseboard areas in the bathroom and most all surfaces. Then we left for a couple hours and returned, sprayed again. The odor was tolerable with the windows left open for the night. Several areas of paint peeling on the walls, bed was comfortable but way too close to the wall on the one side, especially when there is plenty of room for the bed to be moved over. We will not return"
