「We booked for 4 nights as a couples break but loved it so much that we put our flights back 3 days and booked to stay a further 3 nights on the hotels.com app. Beds are hige and very comfortable. Room is huge and clean/ brand new condition. Very modern. 」

「This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.」

「Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold over seks dager på hotellet. Fine og romslige rom. Rent og pent. God og variert mat. hotellet hadde litt utfordringer med kaffemaskiner under frokosten. Ofte kø og maskiner som stoppet opp. Synes servicen på en del av de ansatte kunne vært opp et hakk eller to. Vi var der sent på sesongen, så mulig de var lei, men vi som kunder mener at det er lurt å gi et smil og prøve å si noe når man står i baren eller man rydder bord. 」

「Görelim Restoran ekibi müthiş, resmen tüm hoteli sırtlarına almış uçuruyorlar resmen ,her şeyin sınırsız olduğu hoteller çok fakat aynı zamanda kaliteli olan yer bulmak çok zor. Türkiye’den gidecek olan arkadaşlar hiç çekinmesin personelin çoğu Türk olduğu için hiç zorluk yaşatmıyorlar her konuda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar.Gelir gelmez yeniden gitme planı yapmaya başladım bile.Tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürler 」

「Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc.」

「Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.」

「Einer von der Rezeption und einer von der Securitas haben uns um 6:00 Uhr aus dem Bett geholt und uns gesagt, wir hätten unsere Rechnung nicht bezahlt. Unerhört ich habe an der Ankunft alles abgegeben. Ausweis Kreditkarte .Ansonsten war das Personal gut und freundlich ein sehr schickes Hotel」
