「Mandy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming and helpful.」

「This hotel was a disappointment. The cleaning solution they used to clean the bathrooms smelled so bad, that we could barely use the bathroom. The hallway smelled of smoke. But the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was limited.」

「Staff was courteous, checking in and check-out were easy. Grounds were well maintained and common areas and room were clean. Pool area was clean. Pool was small but heated & indoor. Good continental type breakfast. Overall an excellent value.」

「Our second stay in 6 weeks. An exceptionally good value. Basic accomodations but very clean . I am walker dependent had a shower chair for safety. The manager exceptionally nice and available. Dog friendly. As a plus fret roam the srea around the motel in this charming mountain town. An exceptional value. No breakfast but Portillos Cafe in town was a great place to enjoy New Mexican breakfast. A good stopping point.」

「We had stayed there 2 years ago and our stay was good. This time I required a wheelchair accessible room and all I could do was get into the room. The only way to get in the bathroom was to sit on the bed, have my husband put it on the other side of the bed and then carry me over to the wheelchair. My husband moved a chair to enable me to get the on the bed and found what was left of a partially eaten pork chop. Was very disappointed with our stay as the first one was so pleasant.」

「The room seemed clean. The sheets and duvet cover were white. The duvet cover was discolored some near the top of the cover that you might pull-up if you were cold. The discoloration was probably staining, but made me feel a bit uncomfortable with the whether it was newly washed. It was likely fine...just made it feel iffy.」
