「Great staff」

「Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10」

「Everything is good, perfect location for durcula castle, except no air-con during summer time, almost die.」

「We had a standard queen sized room with mountain view. The room was tiny - so small that you had to squeeze to get around the bed. No robes. Shower gel and soap provided. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of black tea. No kettle or water in the room. Worst part is the noise. Very poor insulation so you can hear all neighbouring rooms and music from the restaurant. Bed is hard and uncomfortable- only one pillow per person issued. Wouldn't visit again.」

「Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent views, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, & the onsite restaurant has a wonderful terrace with delicious cuisine! ❤️ We stayed in their ultra modern 2 bedroom suite with the best views overlooking the valley and mountains… Quick uber rides to Braşov city center, Bran Castle, & more… Highly recommended!! ❤️🇷🇴🤍🇺🇸🩵」

「The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.」

「Perfect stay! Beautiful room, all the amenities and an amazing restaurant!」

「Excellent Hotel. Excellent location」

「Just perfect」

「Very nice stuff, delicious breakfast and great location. 」

「Nice hotel, lovely setting, started to feel a bit tired & could do with some TLC, that said the restaurant was great with good food & great service, spa was decent as well.」

「Splendido luogo, in centro, pulizia ai max livelli」

「Verry friendly and clean.」

「High end boutique hotel with wonderful staff.」

「Great location!」

「Beautiful view, great breakfast and Restaurant, walking distance to train station and to the skiing slopes. Bathroom had a weird smell and just wouldn’t go away. Everything else is great. 」

「Perfect Location! Perfect for a couple or solo travelers like myself. AC was very cold. Big for me, since it's been around 35 degrees C, every day. Convenient to center square, black church and any, and every kind of restaurant, just outside your street gate. Thanks for a great 2 night stay.」
