When booking property, no information that the fitness centre was at least a 7-10 min walk away and that it is closed on friday as well as only 12-12 on saturday when i checked out. I chose The Somerset precisely because of the fitness centre, but it was disappointing I could not use it at all. Brandon

Great hotel with flexible staff who helped with our chaotic situation with cancelled flights. Got late check out and free transfer to airport for late evening flight
