Charming hotel at an old factory. Clean and spacious rooms with nice details. Nice breakfast and great service. The only con was that most of the light switches in the room worked only sporadically. It was difficult to turn the lights on especially for the bathroom.

Interesting hotel as it was in an old mill town. we had a second level room- with a bridge access. Room got hot at night and could not figure out how to open the windows but it did have a nice fan. Nice breakfast- had a restaurant and bar in adjacent building, but since we were only one night did not get to use. Keep in mind dining room closes early so we had to drive to adjacent town to get dinner about 30 minutes away, but not bad. I would stay again. Lots of craft shops around0 had a nice mill town vibe and lots of history. Well cared for property

Very relaxing stay

In the heart of Billnäs. Very compact area. You can walk through everything you need to see. Very quiet, beautiful and friendly place. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Es handelt sich um eine Anlage mit Zimmern in alten Gebäuden der früheren Fabrikanlage. Dabei sind diese über das Gelände verteilt. Die Zimmer sind in umgebauten früheren Arbeiterwohnungen. Dies gibt einem einen Eindruck unter welchen Bedingungen die Menschen früher gelebt haben ohne auf heutige Annehmlichkeiten zu verzichten. Leider können aber nicht alle historischen Einschränkungen beseitigt werden, so z.B. der extreme Geruch des alten Kaminofen in den Räumen.

Huone ja yleiset tilat siistit ja miljööseen sopivat, aamiainen oli riittävä, lukuunottamatta tumman leivän puutetta. Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Miljöö erittäin kiva ja huokuu historiaa. Ainoa miinus on että TV:t eivät ole päivitetyt digiaikaan, eli ne eivät toimi.

Oulusta Raaseporiin tutustumassa

Hotellimiljöö oli viehättävä joen rannalla. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, suihkuhuone niin ikään kivan kokoinen, mutta saippuahylly ja kylpypyyhkeiden kuivausteline puuttuivat kokonaan. Vähän kummastutti myös se, ettei sänkyä käyty sijaamassa eikä roska-astiaa tyhjentämässä kahden yön välisenä aikana. Henkilöstö oli muuten varsin palveluhenkistä. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla syötävää myös vegaaneille, plussaa siitä. Vähän erilainen hotelli tavanomaisiin verrattuna, suosittelen.

Keskinkertainen vierailu

Sepän studio oli mukavan yksityinen majoituspaikka ruukin alueella. Sen viereisissä rakennuksissa asuu paikallisia, jotka olivat selkeästi kiinnostuneita siitä millä asialla liikuimme tontilla, joudumme pari kertaa selittämään, että olemme hotellin vieraita ja tämän takia parkkeeraamme huoneellemme nimetylle paikalle. Miinuksina huoneessa valitettavasti oli ilmastoinnin puute, ainoastaan yksi ikkuna oli avattavissa kunnolla ja siinä ei ollut hyttysverkkoa. Sänkyjen tyynyt olivat nukkumiseen liian isot, joten nukuimme ilman tyynyjä. Lisäksi meille ei kerrottu aamupalan aikataulua ja sitä ei löytynyt netistä eikä huoneesta. Yllätykseksemme aamupala sunnuntaina loppuikin jo klo 10. Henkilökunta oli yleisesti ihan mukavaa, mutta erityistä vieraanvaraisuutta emme kokeneet.
