「Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!」

「Excellent stay! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They took the time to guide us on what to see in the city and answered all of our questions throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.」

「Hôtel situé à 2 pas du centre ville avec un SPA modeste en taille mais moderne et très bien équipé. Il n’y a pas de prestation de soin. Le salon, le bar et le restaurant sont aussi décorés avec goût, l’ambiance est agréable (peu de monde lors de notre séjour) et la carte est classique. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute que ce soit dans le lobby, le bar, le restaurant ou ailleurs dans l’hôtel. N’avons pas pris la prestation petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien...

「Great location with amazing views, relatively close to Ordesa National Park (45min by car). Staff was exceptional, great breakfast and food at the restaurant. Room was very clean and communal areas were very nice, we’ve enjoyed the pool and the garden and the peaceful atmosphere in this place. Overall an exceptional place, we will definitely go back!」

「Spacious and very clean rooms. However, one front desk employee was unfortunately very unfriendly and discourteous when answering questions. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly and the room felt very hot.」
