「This was my first time staying at this hotel. I must say it will not be my last. I’m typically in Traverse city once a year attending a conference and the room, staff, and check-in process was all great! The fact that you get to select a breakfast each morning was awesome, oh and it didn’t hurt that my room was right in the beach!」

「Online it states that the shuttle is from 9 to 6, when I asked to be picked up at the airport around noon they were reluctant and when I went to check in I was informed that the shuttle goes after 4 pm.
The outdoor hot tub was not working either. This was the main reason I chose to stay here. I would have saved $100 and stayed next door if I had known that.
There were spiderwebs all on the balcony and railings and looked like they hadn't been wiped down since last year.
