Staff was responsive and very friendly. Had some issues beyond the usual which is the reason for poor review. Would not fault staff and rooms were clean

Monica, I first would like to apologize for the for the issue you had to deal with during your stay. That issue has never happened at my property before and we were able to get the issue corrected right away Monday morning so no other guests will have to deal with that going forward. I do hope we get to see you again in the future!

Staff was outstanding very nice to our needs the pool area was great if you have children and it did have a workout room for those who like to get a workout in. Had a great selection for Breakfast every morning it just lacked not having fruit . The area itself was peaceful and there was stores close by

Would have been 5/5 if housekeeping gave us fresh bedsheets, towels, and toilet paper at least once over our week-long stay. Everything else was great.

Nice convenient stay.
We came for the Stock Show in January. This hotel is in a great location to easily get around Rapid City. It was clean, updated and had friendly and helpful staff. We had some minor issues with our bathroom, but all were fixed promptly. A hot breakfast was most welcome.

Awesome pool!
Hotel was very clean and accommodating! The pool was a big hit and was very kid friendly!! The breakfast in the morning was top notch and had lots of options! 10 out of 10 would recommend for families!

Kiddie pool area a win
Pool area could be a little warmer for small kids, although the pool was warm. Rooms were fairly clean, beds were ok/too firm, pillows were good. Breakfast was fair, would love to see waffle station.

Family reunion
Went for a family reunion, we had a total of 5 rooms, they did their best at keeping us all close to each other on the same floor and offered to open up a meeting room for us to socialize. The front desk staff was very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Rooms were very clean.

Enjoyed our visit to the Black Hills.
The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish on our 3 day stay. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts that were available 👍. The door to our room had damage to it and there was extensive tile damage in our shower, but all was clean and the cosmetics didn’t give us any trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the area
