Great place to stay. However logistics inside the hotel were horrible. The elevators to go to the room were at far back end of the hotel, so you walked the length of the hotel to the elevators. Then to 2nd floor off the elevator we had to walk back 2 whole lengths of the hotel , turned down another hall and walk all the way to the end of that hall, hauling all our stuff!! Why the put 2 70year olds that far from an elevator exit is beyond me!! No free breakfast either ! Clean but black hair on bottom of shower.

The hotel itself is great. You are going to be sharing a parking lot with 3 other hotels and an event center. If anything is going on at the event center, there will be no close parking. Be prepared to walk and carry your things.

The room was clean and updated, comfortable in size. However the beds were more firm then we are use too. Also our room did not get cleaned during our stay, we went to the front desk for toilet paper, Kleenex, towels and trash bags.

Very nice check-in and room. However… there is no noise cancellation. You will hear your neighbors almost clearly House keeping during your stay: only get fresh towels. If you break an eyeshadow palette on the floor, you’re better off cleaning it up yourself. Management: Never got a call back from management after 24 hours for a billing issue. (Was supposed to call me back in 10 minutes) Might be nice for a weekend. Do not recommend a long term stay

Outside of shower shouldhave been cleaner.bathroom floor under vanity was dirty and dusty. Bed linen did not smell freshly washed. Also what was hopefully just a rust stain on the linen. Looked a lot like dried blood. Trash bins in room had garbage in them (not from us).

Overall, I would give this place a 8/10 rating for staying. I stay at a lot of different hotels, but couldn't believe that a small tube (and I mean small) was nearly 5 bucks to purchase and a teabag was two dollars. Most places give complementary toothpaste....the one thing I forgot to pack. Besides that, the room was clean and bed was comfy...and the staff were kind and very helpful. Gary, the bartender was kind enough to chat with me for a bit when I asked him what would be his recommendations to order from the menu. He was very personable, polite, and friendly.

The hotel is great. If anything is going on at the event center, it’s very hard to find parking anywhere.
