My one suggestion-the tv has a channel guide in the room. But the system that you are using for the tv channels has no channel guide for what's on the tv. This is the only place that I have ever stayed at that the cable didn't have a guide.

5 members -Small Room -Small tiny pillows -3 “big” towels called for more they never brought them. -2 bottles of conditioner in the shower no shampoo called and no one answered in front desk, had to go get the personally. -No ice -Breakfast very bad oriented, trash can overflowing I had to use something to push down the trash in order for me to put in my trash. -No labels in food example “MILK” okay but what kind??? Whole milk? 2% milk??? -juice’s dispenser would come out splashing out. -waffle dispenser same thing, would come out very slowly thinking there might not be any more and out of nowhere a big amount of batter would come out. -got to use a he cart for the suitcases and when coming back I was struggling to get into the building and the staff (4) ONLY saw me coming in and how I was struggling and laughed at it. No HELP no nothing!!! It was just Abominable!!!! Don’t STAY here stay in your car instead and save your money.

After checking in and taking all of our luggage and other bags to our assigned room, my wife had to use the bathroom. After finishing she flushed the toilet only to watch the bowl fill up and nothing go down. We tried to call the front desk but the in room phone didn't work at all so my wife went down to tell people at the desk about the toilet. The assistant manager there said that the maintenance people had already left for the day. He excused himself for a minute and returned with a plunger which he handed to her. She was totally caught off guard by this. She came back to the room and the two of us attempted to clear the toilet. The plunger was so old the rubber was to stiff to even move. She went back downstairs to the desk and let them know that the plunger wouldn't even work. The person at the desk informed her that he had called the maintenance people and they were on their way to the hotel. It is now about 6pm. The maintenance people get there and between the 3 of them, work until about 1130pm and the toilet is still plugged. It is then decided to move us to a different room but just for that night only. We were told to grab only what we would need to spend 1 night in another room. Upon arising, we went to the front desk to see what the status was on our original room. The assistant manager on duty then told us that they couldn't get the toilet fixed. We asked if they had another room for us, we were told 'no they didn't' and it would be best if we just leave??

Beds were comfy, good water pressure, like the sink not being in the bathroom. The tub felt slippery and there were no safety handles, making both of us nervous enough to buy a non-slip mat to use the rest of the stay. Do you know how badly someone could sue if they fell? Adding a bar or grippy floor strips would be so easy. There was a hole in the door, 5 big, obvious stains on the carpet by the door. The amenities at the Super 8 by Wyndham were far superior. They had cookies, candy, a bottle of bug remover, and a better selection for breakfast (please label your selections with allergen info, I had to ask and they didn’t know). You had none of those things and my key fob kept stopping working, causing extra trips to the desk.
