「I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. The new room didn't have a shower so I was unable to safely get in it. The "breakfast" was tea, coffee or a...

「房间没有Wi-Fi信号。也不配备瓶装水、咖啡壶等。简直糟透了！」

「The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bath was dangerously slippery but did have a hand bar but I lined it with one of the towels for a shower. The breakfast was ok but lukewarm rather than hot. It was noisy at night in our room as the staff of IHOP (which was opposite our room) hung out there on there breaks.」

「It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.」
