"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"

"Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come...

"Very accommodating Host and waited for me to arrive. So 5 stars for amazing service. This room is not part of the actual Hotel but a private room run by a third party. The actual room was very clean and Queen bed was comfy. but only 3 stars due to being old and a bit tired especially bathroom and furniture. Overall 4 stars"
