Overall it was pleasant, but when we entered the room on the first day, my son jumped on the bed. Then our family saw the dust in the air. I hope the cleanliness of the room is not just superficial.

One of the Best Stays We've Ever Had! Our stay at The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs was truly exceptional hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had on our yearly vacation to Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to the team who went above and beyond to assist my husband, who had a broken leg they provided transportation to and from the pool, which made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy the resort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The entire property is well-kept, peaceful, and perfect for a true getaway. We’ve been vacationing in Palm Springs for years, and we’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! If you're planning a trip to Palm Springs, I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great property to go with groups we’re everyone can arrange accommodations but have space for room gatherings. Rooms are fully stocked and clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. The property is well maintained and staff very helpful. The only con is the pools. The main one is too small for the amount of people that visit and the second one too far and not inviting. I believe this property needs another pool.

The villas were not properly clean the furniture need to be replace the couches and bed mattresses are worn , the pool staff are rude and racist does not worth the charges.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Site is beautiful, however we were in building 37 and the walk to pool is about 8-10 minutes, in the summer heat it feels far, especially if you forgot something in your room. Honestly, we were disappointed in the pool slide. The size and height look good- but the slide goes very slow. Even small children were getting stuck or moving too slow on it. The pool is large and quite nice. The room size is average with a smaller kitchen that has 2 electric burners on it. We had an accessible room and the shower was perfect for my 92 year old mother.

We had a great time! The front desk staff and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful and clean. The pool was family friendly and we all had a blast. My older kids also enjoyed the additional family games like pool, shuffle board, corn hole and ping pong. We went on a busy weekend and it was still pleasant! We rented a double Villa so our rooms could connect and it was perfect. Everyone slept great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and fully stocked, we had a quiet patio and we could all hang out together or have our own space when needed. There will 6 in our party and we all said it was our favorite vacation. Super pleased all around.
