「The staff at the Best Western Plus Heritage in Rancho were amazing, service was always with a smile and laughter, breakfast was the highlight each morning with the hotel chefs. There was a variety of foods and was very delicious. Thank you all for making this trip so easy and memorable. 」

「The clerks lies about the booking capability and they said the tommy would be ready by 3pm, then later on said there was no room any more. Finally, I had to stay at the other hotel. That was horrible and clerks were poorly trained.」
