"It was a good stay. The hotel and grounds were clean and comfortable. The area seemed safe too. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, you could tell that it was older as it had telephone jacks throughout, and minimal USB ports for more modern devices. We had an interesting development in the evening where water suddenly started flowing out of the bathroom ceiling vent. "This hotel is our favorite go to when in Sacramento. It is clean, roomy, nice bed, friendly/courteous staff, and yummy breakfast. They have remodeled and the room was very pretty. The parking lot feels safe, even at night. Really nothing bad to say. One thing: the landscape lighting along the entrance pathways needs to be tilted, it shines right into people's eyes when walking along and is super blinding/bright at night; may cause someone to trip."
