「The room was clean, and the bath was stocked with shampoo/ body wash/ lotion. Bedding was clean and relatively new ( checked with UV light). Check-in staff was friendly and efficient, they noted that I had stayed there before, and asked if wanted to change my room to a room I’d stayed before ( 1st floor rather than 2nd or 3rd), at no additional charge). The entire staff respected a DND door flag.」

「Amy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didn’t have time to go to the store! It’s the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful...

「Late evening, I’d forgot soap. The front desk girl did not hesitate, to bring me some. No “come to me,” she came and brought it. That was a first. Bed very comfy. Good shower she answered all my questions, over the phone. 」
