I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

Respectfully the ARIA is a gorgeous hotel, but not for the working class. Understand that maintenance and costs of the employees is what keeps the hotel a float. However certain things like water and etc should be complimentary as opposed to spending $15-$24 for a bottle of water. As a working class citizen I just wanted the opportunity to relax, but was so concerned with what I could utilize like soap, and lotion without it being charged to my account. Overall the hotel’s customer service is impeccable, the ambience is amazing. Also I understand you get for what you pay for and who am I to criticize someone’s “worth.”
