"Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued till 10 pm. I stayed for 1 night. If you are planning to stay more than that its clear NO NO."

"Rooms were nice. Bathroom did not have small towel rack. In room coffee was very light. Beds were excellent. Could not use the pool because of storms. "

"This property is outstanding ! From rooms , restaurants , food , ambience , garden , staff . All are great . Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative . Otherwise , we had all meals included , even high tea was good ! One can walk down to Kosi river , for river side feel ! Would love to come back "
