The hotel view from the rooms is awesome and big rooms and bathrooms. But there's a smell in the bathroom and its not that clean for the price u pay. We had room service and the foid was good.

최악의 호텔이었음. 경치는 좋아지만 지나가면서 봐도 됨. 호텔이 오래되었으며 청소 상태 불량하고 벌레가 있었으며. 시끄러워 방을 바꾸어 달라고 했음. 경치가 좋아도 벌코니 바로밑에 오수정화조가 있어 냄새 때문에 열수가 없으며 방안에서도 냠새가 났음.

Not worth the price

Amazing views from rooms and restaurant, but definitely not worth the price. We expected a top quality hotel for the price but the rooms felt like a basement storage area. Bathroom and bedroom ceiling were moldy and there were leaks in the corridors. Our room was just opposite the main laundrette. No internet in the rooms or restaurant. Very slow check in. Nice staff at the restaurant.

Prima hotel voor doorreis, prachtig uitzicht, goed bed. In het restaurant werd (men zei alleen op de dag dat we er waren, maar ik kreeg de indruk dat het standaard was) geen alcohol geschonken.

Schöne Umgebung, schlechte Umsetzung

Das einzig positive am Hotel ist die Lage, mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und in direkter Nähe verschiedener Teeplantagen. Ein kurzer Stop an der direkt daneben gelegenen Aussichtsplattform reicht dazu jedoch völlig aus. Teilweise wird es hier jedoch ziemlich voll, da dies ein beliebter Stopp für Reisebusse voller Touristen zu sein scheint. Über das Hotel an sich gibt es nicht wirklich etwas positives über zu sagen. Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Das hat vollkommen gereicht. Es gibt einige Baummängel (Wasser im Flur) und Sauberkeit wird auch nicht gerade groß geschrieben. Beispielsweise war an einem unserer Gläser des Begrüßungsgetränks noch Lippenstift einer anderen Person und auch das angeblich frisch desinfizierte WC (schön versiegelt) war voller Spritzer und Haare :-((( Das Essen war ok, obwohl wir nach unseren ersten Erfahrungen in Sachen Sauberkeit hier etwas vorsichtig waren. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Superbe vue, grand hôtel

Superbe endroit avec vue sur la vallée. Grand hotel, beaucoup de chambres mais la vue en vaut le coup! À 45min en TukTuk de Nuwara Eliya, le Tea Bush est idéalement placé pour vous ressourcer quelques jours dans la vallée du the.

Vue à couper le souffle

Idéalement positionné au milieu des plantations de thé et de majestueuses chutes d’eau, le Tea Bush est un hôtel sur bord de falaise avec une vue exceptionnelle. Séjour dans une chambre avec vue incroyable, même à partir de la salle de bains, où le bain en béton surplombe les environs. J’y retournerai sans faute, pour la vue magnifique!

Horrible service & worst hotel ever

Worst hotel I have ever experienced ever! The rooms had a wonderful view & that’s about it. Uncomfortable beds, cement bath tub & shower. Cold flooring. No Aircon. Lousy maintenance of the room & overall property. Horrible service. Food from room service was cold & burger bun hard as a rock. Breakfast spread is horrible. Food served cold. “Butter” for bread is margarine which tastes horrible. Maintenance slow. Called reception 3 times & 4th time I had to personally go to the reception for someone to fix our TV. Finally after 3 hours someone came to get it fixed. When checking out I asked to speak to the manager, the response I got was that he was eating breakfast! I Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! If you are impressed by the view, there is a viewing point where it’s open to public.

À éviter!

La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain était exécrable. Il y avait des taches sur les coussins sur le lit, partout sur le lit et les murs, et la salle de bain ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée avant notre arrivée (cuvette très sale, moisissure, cheveux et poils dans le lavabo). La nourriture au restaurant est très dispendieuse, et il n’y a aucun autre restaurant aux alentours. La vie était superbe, mais un petit arrêt en chemin suffit.

Greatest view ever!

This ultra modern building has the greatest view over the hills, waterfall, lake, tea and rice fields. But although it was only built in 2012 it urgently needs repar. The beautiful modern rooms out of betton and glass front at first look are great but the bath room is a problem!

Beautiful views, great design, small imperfections

The hotel on first impressions takes your breath away with outstanding views of the hill country, with close proximity to a tea factory/ plantation and the Ramboda waterfalls which are well worth a trip. But nothing else is in the area. The rooms are nice, but dirty with holes in the bed linen and a colony of ants which precided in the room. Overall nice stay, but you will get bored after one night and the hotel need to tighten up their quality aspects.

Must be much more better score

The hotel is located in the mountain with very easy access. When I saw the photos in Hotels.com and check the customer score, I couldn't believe. Therefore I booked for try becuase was already more than 10 days in Sry-lanka. The views amazing, the room decoration imposible better, with a very big bath area and the breakfast was great. Booutique hotel I will said. The unique I could said could be improve is about the AC, but the area is perfect weather, no more than 22 degreess. Place for visit and see the tea plantations in the morning.

Absolutely stunning views from all rooms. Staff are fantastic couldn't help more. Food excellent. Would definitely return to this hotel when exploring the area further.
