「Property is still being built and not completed yet. Access to the rooms and difficult for elderly people and those with disabilities. Breakfast and dinner options were limited and not very clean. On the beach but could be better」

「A run down hotel, AC doesnt work, they changed room 3 times, still had to sleep with out AC working. Staff are very manipulative and keep saying you have to wait 30 mins to AC to cool the room. Have never heard of a hotel room that takes 30 mins to get cool. Walls are damp, paint peeled walls. Stinky wash rooms. This hotel is not worth the price at all.」

「Staff is not helpful. Not hot water for drinking on property or kettle in rooms. Bathroom showers don't work. Food in pantry or hotel is not good. Staff is not helpful for needs outside general services.」

「Nice clean lobby, room, and bathroom. King size bed nicely made. Fresh towels clean. Floors and walls shiny and clean. Coffee/ tea machine in room good quality. Even provided tooth brush and toothpaste. Hotel location in interior road, approach to the hotel not clean. Shower / bathing area not separated from toilet, making the entire bathroom wet after showering — this is common problem in India. Indians need to recognize that bathrooms should be kept dry」
