Starting off, I did not like that their app said it was contactless check-in; a code would be sent; & I would use my phone to access my room. I waited all day for a code that never came. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told none of that was true. Secondly, I called down to the desk to ask for scissors to use for a few minutes. I was told I had to come use them at the desk. This was a huge imposition as I had blisters on the bottom of my feet and need the scissors to cut the shoe insoles I purchased. The older gentleman who was at the desk by the time I got fully dressed and hobbled down to the desk was nice, though. Lastly, when I arrived back to my room the second night, it was the same way I’d left it earlier that morning. Used towels & both trash cans by the door; bed unmade; hair on bathroom floor. No one bothered to come clean my room; discard the trash; or bring more towels/washcloths. The first night I arrived in Raleigh, I stayed in my brother’s room at the Springhill - Raleigh Apex. The decor in his room was a lot nicer and he said his room had been cleaned when he got back. While I would not recommend the Springhill - Cary to anyone who cares about good service, I would recommend Springhill - Raleigh Apex.

We stayed two nights and it was great as usual. We had stayed here before a few years ago and we loved it. I was booking on Expedia and once completed I noticed the address and it was this one again. We knew we would get great service. The area is quiet. Lots of shopping places, a few restaurants in the area. There is also a Waffle House right in front of hotel. It is accessible from the hotel parking lot. There is also a Cookout across the street. The service desk associates are always so friendly and nice. Previously when we stayed the pool was closed, it was open this time and very nice.There is also a gym as well. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and it's quiet. In the morning there is breakfast and my husband and kids said it was really good. I tried some potatoes they were delicious.Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed. Shout to Cason!! Nice dude, very helpful and polite!!

The property was great. My only concern was the multiple spider webs that were spotted in our room. My husband took care of them since we didn't spot any spiders attached to them. This needs to be a part of the check out cleaning detail.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and the hotel could not have been anymore cleaner. The breakfast was great and the area to dine in was like sitting in a restaurant. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cary NC, this is it. Don't pass up this gem!!!

My Godson has Celiac disease and when i asked the breakfast attendant about some of the foods that were out she was very knowledgeable about which items were gluten free and she went into kitchen and heated us up a special gluten free muffin which was delicious! That was awesome!

Great room. Quite hotel, there was an event down the hall from us (we were first floor) and we didn’t hear anything even though they were loud. Room was far bigger then expected and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was standard but well stocked. Staff was professional but not friendly. Location is also great easy to get on/off highway and several places for food. Shower was close to being a pressure washer it was so strong but good heat and space.

Our stay was great. Our room was ready when we arrived early! Indoor pool is small, but my grandkids loved being able to swim in January. The water was cold though. They didnt seem to mind.
