The room was very spacious. The extra fold out allowed an area for my son to be comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent. Definitely recommend staying here if you attending any events at the convention center.

We enjoyrd our weekend stay here. We were within walking distance of everything we came to see and felt very safe. Our room was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

We really had a nice stay - the hotel was clean, convenient, and the service from Robert at the front desk was fantastic. We appreciated the very good breakfasts every day and the overall value for the cost. Great place!

The location was 2 blocks away from the Lincoln Theater that I was in town for. Check in and amenities were all about what I would expect at this price range. Only downside was that the previous tenant left the alarm clock for 6am, but that's easy to overlook.

Between the raging party/concert/whatever going on outside our room until almost 11pm, and the a/c making a wretched noise on/off all night, we maaaaybe got 1-2 hrs total sleep. We ended up leaving at 4am because our efforts to sleep were futile. Never again.

We stayed one night as we were in town for a concert at the Red Hat Amphitheater. The hotel was a short walk to and from the venue and was very clean. The breakfast was very good as well.

Parking over charge
I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. Was told $15 per day and was charged $40. Room was not clean had to call the front desk and have them clean it.

Property was clean, felt safe around the property and very walkable. Room was clean spacious with full kitchen, sitting area, bedding was nice and comfortable. Shower was great.Love tge buffet breakfast, both restaurants were really nice, loved the rooftop restaurant and bar. Beautiful view Staff was excellent everywhere was very friendly and very helpful. Loved the covered parking. Great stay!

The lager African American gentleman at the front desk was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding!! This restaurant and bar was superb! This is by far one of the best Residence Inn that I have ever stayed in and I frequent your hotels all across the country.
