Overall the stay went very well. The wallpaper was stating to peel in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Room was nice and big, parts of the window unit were taken apart but that wasn’t a make or break for us. The paid breakfast was lack luster and not worth the price point and the only time we were present for the restaurant to be open we were told they’d have to call to see if it was open or not.

it was nice and clean around. i didn’t like how it was so noisy and everyone around us was slamming doors and talking loud while the housekeeping was going around cleaning

Horrible stay
The room we were in at 12 am the air conditioner started making a loud noise. When we asked to be moved they gave us a key card but the door wouldn't unlock.we cane back they told us to try ot again at 12 am not cool if there is an issue get off your butt and inspect. Come to find out someone was in the room. So after the third time they gave us a room that had two queens when the entire reason we selected this hotel over the other was because it had a king. The room bed also smelled like cheap perfume like the sheets were never washed. When i expressed that I wanted a king they told me we could either have the queen, our room woth the loud ac or leave. We just drove 12 hours and it was 12 am. The guy never apologized for the inconvenience. Also when we first came in they told us thier printer was down and to fill the paperwork in the am. After breakfast I tried to fill the paperwork they told me they were busy and to coem back in 5 minutes. Like I got things to do not track you down for paperwork. The waitress in the morning was the only pleasant experience here. Also they moved us right next to the dumpster the garage trucks woke us up at 630 am. The experience was horrible, im not sure how they have a 9 for review, they must be paying people to leave a nove review.

Great hotel! Would have been great to have free breakfast, but that’s OK I get it. Felt comfortable and safe for my one night stay. The front desk person who checked me in was so incredibly kind and joyful.

Room was clean enough. It wasn't 5 star, but it was not dirty. Bed was comfortable and fluffed pillows. Our TV quit working, and it took a little while to get someone to come up and fix the situation. I figured it out on my own and someone brought me a fresh remote and we were able to make things function. Quality of the paid breakfast was not great. It was fine, but not a huge variety of foods, and the food was mushy when we came down at 8:00am to eat. (Breakfast ended at 10:00am). Staff was very polite and accommodating.

Decent stay. Stayed for two nights. A few hours after check out I realized that I left my clothes in the top drawer so I called the hotel. After a bit of time on hold, I was told that housekeeping would have to call me in the morning. Well, no call the next morning so I called at noon. No one answered the front desk phone. Called back 5 TIMES throughout the day until someone finally answered at 4pm. Put on hold again and then told that no one could find my items in the room (same person I spoke with the day before). Whoever is at the desk (gentleman) in the afternoon has poor customer service and communication skills.

We were on the 3rd floor and there were little ants on the bed and in the bathroom. I told the person at the front desk and she said they come in because of the weather. Nope, no excuse for ants.

It is very difficult to access the property. The main door is very narrow. They are remodeling - instead of making their remodeling work benign to guests. they do their work in front of the guests. We were told to move from our sofa in the lobby when they could have setup their work perimeter and shield the guests from it. Unprofessional and not hospitable. The parking garage is far and hard to get to.

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this Holiday Inn property. The front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the surrounding Raleigh and Cary areas. I was able to get almost everything that I needed from the front desk before the night ended for a nice night. What wasn't available was extra pillows when asked. The reason wasn't satisfying for me when it was required 6 people to accompany the visit.
