Area around the hotel is high traffic/congested area. It can be difficult to not drive past the access road. Once located, hotel is easily accessible to several good dining options at the mall within 5 minutes drive.

I did not like that the hotel was taking over by a wedding reception. I felt like an uninvited person or a wedding crusher.

The room was cozy and clean. My only complaint is the water in the shower was not hot enough. It took a long time for it to heat up. Other than that, we like staying at Hampton Inns. Staff is always friendly, free breakfast, rooms are always clean.

New Years Eve get away!
VERY friendly staff, team and manager. This was a holiday get away for myself! After staying there in September for my 60th Bday Gala, I just wanted to go back and enjoy it for myself and IT was WELL worth it

This hotel is wonderful! We were in Raleigh for a family trip and our stay was the cherry on the top to our visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable as well. From the yummy free breakfast to the free shuttle service this hotel is top notch.

The hotel is so clean and smells great, not heavily perfumed but clean. The staff was welcoming, efficient and courteous. The Garden Grill & Bar was recommended and it did not disappoint. The location is great. Very close to Crabtree mall, North Hills and the expresway; its not noisy though.
