The only issue is the strong smell I. The hallway the carpets need a very good cleaning and open window . I was a manager of a hotel chain and the more important part of the hotels is cleaning.

Very poor experience. The room was not cleaned when we walked in and the tv didn’t work. There was a half eaten sucker next to the bed and ottoman. I called the front desk and asked if they could send someone to clean and fix the tv, or switch to a new room her response was “ All the rooms are sold out and I’m here by myself I’ll see what I can do” and then hung up. Never called back , never cleaned the room or got the TV fixed. We were there for a music festival and all of the other hotels were sold out or were at least $500 a night so we stayed there.

Property was clean but the shower didn’t work and staff didn’t do anything. Staff advised they will place a note but that doesn’t help with my day. Will not be staying at a Hampton location.

At check-in, the system never accepted my credit card. At check-out they could not print me a receipt. For breakfast, there were no cups for coffee. We had to ask for them. They was limited hot food available. No eggs were available. The hotel was busy and it appeared that they had not planned appropriately.

The elevator was too far from the check in desk, you have to walk half way around the hotel to get to the elevators. Annoying, especially when you are not told where they are. Also the set up and flow of the breakfast area is annoyingly small. There’s no flow to allow guests to easily get to the food.

The location of the hotel and its proximity to well-known shops and eateries was nice, especially a mall that was less than 15 minutes away. Also, the convenience of a back entrance to the hotel because it was close to the elevators. However, the carpets and lobby furniture need to be replaced. In our bathroom, there was a constant sound of running water. Also, the was the occasional strong odor of cannabis. While the rates were good for the time of year and its strategic location, I don't think this hotel didn't represented the Hilton brand well.

The hotel is fine the people working at the desk and in the breakfast room are rude and unpleasant, I needed to speak to the woman at the front desk and she was on her phone for 5 min before she finally acknowledged me, and it was like she was doing me a favor. Also the beds are a little hard they need mattress toppers.

There was trash on the ground by the entrance. Someone spilled a milkshake at the door which was never cleaned up the 2 days we were there. There were burn holes on the underside of our comforter, the carpet felt so gross on your feet you had to wear shoes always, there were handprints all over the bathroom door, the bathroom floor had not been mopped, the charging station was broken, when you turned on the light switch at the door it didn’t work you had to enter the dark room and Turn on the light by the bed without tripping, the other light was burned out. At breakfast the trash can was overflowing on the floor and when we tried to sit at one of the tables the cushions on the bench sunk in so low you couldn’t eat. Lastly the area in front of the receptionist desk was filthy. Footprints were all over the floor and it was sunny both days we were there, no excuse for foot prints and lastly the floor was sticky all the way to the elevator were syrup was spilled and never cleaned up the entire time we were there. I usually LOVE Hampton Inn and am easily pleased but this one was beyond disgusting.

Not the best use of your money.
Old and bent lamps, lights without bulbs, unplugged alarm clocks, food from the last guest in the fridge. The hallways and elevator smelled like moisture.

It did not seem like a Hampton Hotel at all. Looks like they bought an older property and try to refurbish it. Bathtub did not drain. One room smells like smoke, but they did move us to another. Doors locked at seven and couldn’t get in the front door. Felt like a very unsafe area if they had to lock the doors that early and look at ID before they ask anything else.

The faucet is leaking in the bathtub. First room we were assigned to was dirty. The front desk assigned us another room. She said she was short staffed and was very pleasant. I was kind of disappointed because I’m used to Hampton Inn being so nice.
