By far the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. I was miserable and didn’t sleep for days. So hard and coils digging into your hip or back. I bought pillows at home goods because theirs were like pancakes. Indoor pool was dirty, tiny, and very cold. Breakfast was good but ends too early on weekdays. No handheld or bench in shower. AC made me so dry because it blasted my side of the bed.

We stayed for Dreamville and hotel pricing was outrageous. For the price point, Fairfield was very well kept and overall pretty clean. I don’t ask for too much from hotels, but the cleanliness is always required for me. Great stay

I did not like that i made my reservation through Expedia the gave me one price including taxes and when i got to the hotel i paid $30 more than expedia gave me.

I have to give a 5 star for the fact that I did not wake up with a back ache! Most every hotel bed paralyzes my bad lower back by the next morning. This one passed with flying colors! Excellent service and staff. Clean room. Due to lack of time we were unable to use the amenities, but they appeared clean and functional.

The main concern we had was later in the evening it seemed like there were not enough parking spaces. We came back from the Hurricanes game around 11:30 pm. we had a suite. Clean, safe.

The room was noisy from the cars driving on the freeway behind the hotel. Rooms TV kept saying no internet when try to use youtube or netflix, called the front desk repeatedly & even spoke to a manger in the 2 nights I stayed, however it never got fixed, I asked the front desk to change my room but they refused, i was told that the GM will reach out to me regarding the issue, i guess the GM was too busy to take care of the hotels guests.

Ok property , stayed for 7 nights ( 6 due to flight cancellation) didn’t have any bedding changed , had to ask for toilet paper and towels a few times , breakfast very basic and same every day, never been to the states before and to be honest this hotel is not in the best location unless you have a car. Also discovered that the hotel doesn’t have free local bus service as advertised on Expedia which meant we spent a lot on Ubers! . Also the TV in the room didn’t work correctly so constantly unplugging it to make it connect to signal. If I stayed in the area again I’d make sure the free bus is available.

In general the hotel facilities are excellent. Hotel amenities are very good. Breakfast area exceeds expectation, variety in daily offerings and very clean. It is a shame that simple things affect the overall guests experience. The room was not serviced/ cleaned in four consecutive nights

I really enjoyed my stay until the last day. Another group on the hall was screaming and super loud to the point that I called the front desk at 12:30 AM. Unfortunately it continued for over an hour.
