We had over 15 bugs we killed in our room the staff couldn’t provide any linens for the sofa bed we paid extra to have the extra bed space and the mattress for the sofa bed was covered in dirt and juice.

This is a one star property. I tried to look for positives to give it at least 2 stars, because the stuff was wery friendly but the overal (run down) conditions of the property would not justify higher rating.

It was a decent enough place for the price and in a great location but the property is in serious need of updating/remodeling. The actual room did not look like the pictures on the website. For an extended-stay hotel, it was lacking in all amenities...no cookware, no plates, bowls or utensils, no ice machine or trays for the freezer. Every cabinet and drawer was empty. It appeared to be more a home for transient people than a hotel. Pretty noisy with people arguing in rooms and hallways, banging on walls, etc. But $80 per night compared to $400 per night at the hotel across the street made it worth a try.

Disgusting room - cockroaches
Room is SO dirty. Saw one live roach and one dead. The toilet had pubic hair on it as well as other… excrement. Glad to have only stayed one night. There was no sheet/blanket set for the pull out sofa, but even if there had been, we wouldn’t have slept on it. The mattress had mystery stains all over it. The tub also doesn’t drain well so I was stuck standing in water while showering. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it wasn’t even the cheapest - for $100 plus $25 for the pet fee for just one night, I expected better. I don’t know if they even looked at this room before allowing me inside. Really disappointed in it and won’t be staying here again. My only positive experience was that the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful as I checked in.

While the majority of the staff was exceptional; the housekeeper on duty the day of check in left much to be desired. Coffee grounds all over the kitchenette floor? We were not informed of no elevator, and it was difficult for my elderly parents to navigate the stairs with luggage. I’m very disappointed. I won’t stay at this chain again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Might be a long post but I have to warn people. We just needed a simple hotel to rest our heads and shower because we would be out and about most our trip. Nothing fancy. When getting a hotel, it shouldn’t matter how cheap it is, it should always be clean and healthy to be in. This place was in face not clean and definitely not safe or healthy to be in. We’re traveling with our 4 months old son so clean is extra crucial. We had a long day of traveling and had issues with our flights that added time so we were beyond exhausted. We got in around 1am went straight to our room and went straight to sleep. They only had stairs, no elevator. Their “included breakfast” is literally oatmeal packets and granola bars. But those aren’t even the issues that made us leave. It wasn’t until the next day and we turned all the lights on and looked around that we realized how bad this place was. It was filthy. We found mold, dog hair, nasty stuff on the wall and around the stove and as we were leaving we saw a roach. I was seriously so freaked out and disgusted. We got a refund on the nights we didn’t stay (even though we should get a full refund) and was able to find an amazing AirBnb for cheaper and it was so so nice and the host was AMAZING. Not only was the hotel disgusting but there were very sketchy people hanging around (even though it’s in an extremely nice area), some of the workers we encountered had an “idc about you” attitude, halls smelled like weed. This is easily the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The staff were hardly ever at the front desk. I had to ask twice for kitchen essentials (plates cups silverware) and was told there were no clean ones. And then after some more complaints followed staff to a room full of clean items. The room smelled weird. The kitchen appliances looked like they wouldn’t work - the fridge had rust on the outside - I had brought my own hotplate so never tried the stove. The other guests included families with noisy kids and yelling parents. The “included breakfast “ was coffee and a granola bar or bag of instant oatmeal. I was also called by the police during my stay as they were evacuating the building or at least part of it because of an unsafe disturbance in progress

This hotel needs to get a facelift. First, the lobby was closed when we arrived shortly after 11 and we tried to call through the phone located outside by dialing "0", then we tried to call the number found online. We were able to get someone who tried to call the person in charge. After about 30min, we were able to get someone to get us our keys. The room I had was in bad shape. There were cockroaches and the kitchen had some missing pieces to it (mostly cosmetic). The linens were not ironed and were quite suspect under UV lights. The bathtub would not drain either. The hotel was noisy, I could hear foot steps, folks flushing m, listening to the TV etc. I have been to other extended stay hotels in the past. This one is bad. Avoid.

Decent but Disappointing
The hotel is in a great location for our trip. Price point seemed good especially to have the convince of a kitchen w a stove/oven/fridge. However this listing and amenities ARE NOT what is advertised! First, upon pulling in we found several vandalized vehicles on the property with broken windows, flat tires, one that someone was clearly sleeping in. Management needs to really get that cleaned up. Checkin- the desk attendant would have loved to be anywhere but work. She was less than pleasant and seemed annoyed to have to check us in. Room- We got the keys and went to the room. There are NO dishes, pots, pans, silverware (not even plastic) so the kitchen and the food we brought was pointless the first day. We asked the same front desk attendant for kitchen items as advertised to do on our counter and she told us they didn’t have any. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, carpet is old and hotel does has a order from smoke. Day 2 we spoke to a different front desk clerk, she did get us a few dishes and a pot to make our toddler Mac n chesse. We had a second room that night for my other son and his wife… the gentlemen who checked us into that room was much nicer. That room did not have carpet and was nicer than the One with. There was still a stale smoke smell. Don’t expect cleaning service during your stay. Don’t expect staff to ever be at the desk. You will have to call for them from a phone outside. Don’t expect them to be happy to help.

The hallway smelled of pot, the room stunk musty, the refrigerator was all rust looked like they got it from a scrap yard, the microwave was all rusty and dirty, the toilet when you flushed it would not go down called the front desk and was told by a very ignorant lady that we can go down and get a plunger it wasnt her job and i told her it definitely isn't mine, the mirror had what looked like a bullet hole in it, wasnt able to get a pillow because they did not have any,this hotel is deplorable, disgusting last but not least when we opened the door to go in there was a cockroach on the door. The hotel needs a major renovation/rejuvenation. It is dingy, dirty rugs, stairwells have stains on the walls and are gross. The paint color is depressing, as is rug color. The bathroom had dirty/moldy caulk around the tub. The photo shows the dirt/stain on the bedside table.

Meh, you get what you pay for
Room was clean. The property is dated and needs some renovations. No gym, breakfast is cold (granola bars, fruit, cereal). Lobby smelled a bit like smoke, the lampshades had stains, and there were chipped pieces of wall missing.

Very spacy and staff was friendly. Only thing I didn't like was not having a hot breakfast. It was just cereal bars, oatmeal, and muffins. Overall, it was a great stay.

The outside of the hotel was very dark. The inside hallways and the room smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. There was half-done patching on the walls. The room was dirty and there was roaches.

The front desk check in was great. Our room was not ready at 5pm so employee upgraded us. That made me happy , after seeing my up grade, I wondered how bad my original room would of been.

Dirty and needs updating
The whole hotel smelled like marijana it was dirty and the toilet upon check in was filthy. They had no housekeeping and we had to clean it ourselves.

Overall we had a good stay. However when we arrived we found out that there was no elevator. This was a huge factor for me as I have difficulty doing stairs. Once we got to our room on the 3rd floor got unpacked to settle in for the night we found that the pull out couch was not cleaned. We had to remove trash and q-tips from the bed, and the carpet inside the door had big stains in the carpet.

I came in at 11:30pm but there’s nobody at the desk to open the door, at that point it’s not safe for me if someone is following me, I will not have anyone to help me.

The location is dated. There is NO elevator. And navigating through the building was awkward. The stairs are located through doors and are easy to miss. We were located on the third floor. So you enter the lobby, go up a short flight of stairs, then into the corridor for the second-floor rooms, and into a door that has the stairs to the third floor. I had a lot of luggage that I ended up not even bothering to bring to my room due to the inaccessibility. We did a thorough check for bed bugs and thankfully did not find any. But all the amenities in the room felt very old. There were no plates, pots, or silverware in the suite, but by the time we realized this I was done with trying. Our bathroom's light was so dim it felt like I was in the dark. It was a Friday evening, right as the maintenance person was leaving. They had no bulbs in stock and had to order more. Something that was not resolved through the rest of our stay. I had to use my phone in the bathroom when I showered. Water pressure was HORRIBLE. So showering took even longer than normal. The hallways smelt like weed, but thankfully the smell didn't carry over to the rooms. Saturday Night, the outside trashcan was overflowing with rubbish and there was an empty case of beer sitting by it. This was pretty much one of the most awful hotel experiences I've had.
