"Really disappointed.. room and washroom were not properly cleaned. There was hole in the roof of the Washroom.. my wife got panicked and hadn't a bath. Washroom needs to clean and maintain property. Airport shuttle was fine.."

We had issues with the room, AC, and food service, which left us quite disappointed initially. However, when we met Mr. Arghya Sarkar, everything changed in terms of how we felt as guests. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns without interruption and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. In hospitality, problems can happen — but what truly matters is how they are handled. Mr. Sarkar’s calm demeanor, respectful communication, and sincere effort to make things right made a real difference to us. "Everything is the way that a traveler wants from facilitator of bed & breakfast. Nothing is lacking. Excellent food, cordial executives in the last not the least, highest order of hygiene. The only thing I regret while staying, I couldn’t make my friends from all over Chennai to have lunch at this excellent facility. Most of them excused themselves stating that this facility is far off. I have to yielded to their request, I hosted the lunch elsewhere in the city"
