「Hot days 100+F, AC was marginal, stop working number of times. They had to bring us the table fan to put in the room after paying ~5000 INR per day for AC room. There was a wedding in premises, staff was fully occupied with that no attention to Other guests. We had to call front desk 15 Minutes in advance to start the hot water heater every time before taking a shower. The fridge didn’t cool anything not even water bottles. The entire hotel had mosquito repellent spell in the hallways and no AC...

「They wont mention there is no internet/ wifi in the resort. They will also pretend to fix something that doesn’t exist. Not suitable for business travellers. Got stuck without work for 2 days 」

「Quality of toiletries could get better. Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs. They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.」
