「The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.」

The one chair had a cigarette burn and the other chair had some weird stains on it. The bottom of the door was busted and you could see between the door and the door frame, out to the parking lot. The outlets didn’t even have covers on them. All the patchwork on the walls were done but just left as is...

「This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!」

「Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

「For a budget hotel it’s pretty decent. My only complaint my room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Housekeeping definitely skips some steps.」

「We had a nice overnight stay. This was exactly what we were looking for due to it's close proximity to Harpers Ferry and Antietam. The town and the inn were quaint and charming. We didn't spend enough time to fully appreciate the location, but the inn had everything we needed and has been kept up very nicely with some added modern conveniences. Breakfast was good but not great.」
