We loved our two-night night stay here. Our room faced the old city and loved the view. Excellent breakfast in a charming ground floor of rock walls. A highlight was the quiet area, about a 10 minute walk from main square in old city. Free parking in a lot next to hotel appreciated.

Car park is adjacent to Itria Palace’s terrace making luggage transfer very easy compared to other lodging options. Easy walk to Ilba to explore or for dinner and walk back. Excellent restaurant 1/2 block away Agli Archi Trattoria. Included breakfast on the sunny terrace was a great start each day.

The hotel above a stream, is well-placed in Ragusa, allowing walks around Ragusa Ibla and up the big hill to the newer city. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised with a quaint stone room and scrupulously clean room and bathroom, with all amenities.

We were in an annex which was so peaceful. Probably the quietest hotel room ever! Super sized room with very comfortable bed. I would have liked fresh bedding after 3 nights not 4 and daily clean glasses would be better. Super breakfast but there could have been more changes/choices, after 6 days it was a bit the same. Lovely staff

Service here was amazing. We had a small issue with the toilet tank not filling with water after 4 flushes, but we just had to jiggle the back of the tank and it would start again. Our view was amazing. Breakfast was 10/10. Room was large. Balcony was nice, I wish we had chairs out there but it was winter. Very close to the Ragusa Ibla and not a hard hike to the viewpoint. Stunning place to stay. We spent 4 days in Ragusa, and could have spent 4 more.

Fantastic location. Really enjoyed sitting on the terrace for breakfast looking up at the old city,listening to the waterfall, watching the bath and the lizards sunbathing. Plenty of selection at the buffet breakfast. The exposed stonework gave great character. We were able to make tea and coffee in our room but had to ask at reception for the kettle etc. For this standard of hotel we had expected toiletries to be provided. Only a watered down liquid soap and liquid shower ‘soap’ provided. A very firm bed.

We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms are bright, clean and nicely appointed. Our rooms had incredible views of the main hotel and the Ibla valley and old buildings hanging off the walls of the city. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was beautifully presented in the star-vaulted rooms on a lower floor. Delicious array of breakfast items. My only complaint is that we only stayed for one night, the hotel would make and excellent place to stay for several nights to explore the region. That being our problem, not the hotel! Very highly recommended.
