「Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

「The accommodations were excellent. We had everything that we needed and the location worked perfect for our needs. We needed a few extra supplies and with a quick text message, the supplies were delivered to our door.」

「The apartment was exactly what we expected and really nice. I did the booking 1,5 hour before arrival so I sent a message on WhatsApp and the communication and help was amazing! I do recommend this place to anyone :)」
