"Our stay was amazing the resort a little gem. The rooms where spacious with plenty of light. 8 windows infact ,very clean with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was great lots of choice and cooked to perfection. A short walk through the palm trees was the private beach. Whilst the beach was beautifully with white sand and clear water I was a little disappointed about the amount of plastic struined across the beach.Whislt I do understand it's been bought in by the tide and is a sad testament to...

"High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. "

"When we reached the hotel they moved us to a different hotel. They said that we do not have enough rooms here and they told us to go to Orient resort which was around 1 km away from there. "This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

"Spa was excellent , due to renovations lots of traffic and noise but will be excellent location to stay when they finish work, check in was smooth and facilities food and breakfast was excellent . "
