This a lovely property in the heart of Tuscany. Views across the rolling hills are phenomenal. Interiors of the old buildings have been redone with taste and practicality. Beautiful church on property plus heated pool. Staff top notch. Our suite was large and very tasteful. One caveat: it is semi-remote so if no car you will eat all your meals there. Good restaurant. Even with car, driving out to dinner will be challenging because of winding roads.

I cannot say enough good things about Pieve Aldina. This property was beautiful and well maintained. Definitely worth the drive into Tuscany for a peaceful retreat. The staff were excellent and always at your service. Our room was rustic and cozy but the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my stay and wish I had booked a few extra days!

It is located in a very peaceful environment. All the staff are trying hard to make you feel happy and relaxed. Great hotel with great breakfast. We stayed in a family room and it was large enough. Room was very clean. The only downside is it would be nicer if we had a room with better view. The windows are a bit small but the building is a historic building so I can understand that.

*Excelente estadia!* O hotel combina o charme de um castelo histórico com instalações modernas e muito confortáveis. A paisagem ao redor é simplesmente indescritível — digna de cartão-postal. Uma experiência inesquecível!

The building is amazing and unique. The room was spacious and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did have 20 + bugs to deal with. Some middle-of-the-night biters, which is our only real complaint. (And I live in the woods in Midwest US, so this is not a city-person complaint). The food was decent but the food and the drinks were a bit pricey. Overall, it was our most expensive stay in Italy and our roughest sleep and least favorite breakfast.

This is a stunning resort with good food and an excellent wine menu. The rooms are spacious and well renovated. The staff was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. They even got us lunch when the restaurant wasn’t really open. They had a stuffed animal for my nephew and we were very pleased with our stay.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff! The property itself is stunning, being able to lie by a pool amongst the olive trees overlooking wineries is 10/10! You couldn’t ask for a more relaxing place. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to assist. The breakfast spread and dinner are amazing. Highly reccomend!

Incrivel experiencia no coração da Toscana

Incrivel. Chegamos 2 horas antes do horario do check-in, e em 30 minutos estavamos instalados. Recomendadissimo

The property is spectacular. A team of welcoming staff are there to greet you upon arrival and support your every need throughout your stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with olive groves, cedars, and gardens. We loved lying in the hammocks and listening to the chicalas. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, our dinner at il rondini was equally delicious and the local musical entertainment was a great touch. We also enjoyed a spa treatment with local, natural products. Wine and olive oil tasting with Tomasso was excellent. We drove to a vineyard and brought home a bottle of Vin Santo as per his recommendation. We were lucky to meet the local stray cat named, Aldina! 8 minutes to both towns of Volpaia and Radda. We absolutely loved our stay. A true luxury five star accommodation.
