My son and I had a north facing room great view of the beach and the buildings that are lit up at night and you look Stright down to the beach and you can hear the waves breaking on the sand you are a 10 to 15 minute walk to all the sea food restaurants, the rooms with odd numbers are on the north side we had room 1013 it is worth a look next time i will have my wife with us. All up i would give it 8 out of 10

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended!
The hotel is located right on the beach and a beautiful park. It is safe to walk along the beach early in the morning. The hotel service is excellent with cheerful staffs. Room is cleaned and the mail are wonderful. Breakfast has variety and good local and westerner food. Very happy and we’ll come back again!

Simply amazing
My second stay there, and I have nothing to put a finger on - Location, place, staff and everything is just great. My only complaint is that my bed seems to have wheels and was a but annoying when sitting with my laptop as it would move. My own fault as last time my roon didn't have this, so I could just have asked and I am sure they would have moved my roon.

This hotel is very old and not in great condition, You can easily hear every noise form the hall and surrounding rooms while in your room. The hotel also seems to serve as event hall. We had to walk through weddings to get too and from the pool. There was some business event on the 12th floor rooftop. We on the 10th floor were awoken at 7am by the conference blasting music. It seems that the hotel and its guests are a secondary business to the event business. I had stayed here several times before, but this will be the last time.

Seagull hotel Quinhon
What a lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed it so much. Situated next to the sea was marvellous. The staff was very helpful. The room I was given was top notch and I could not asked for more. I will definately return again to this hotel. Thank you.

Good room on 10th floor, balcony, room overlooking beautiful, clean beach. Good to swim in and safe. Good pool. Lovely long board walk along beach, parks with kids fun park and rides. Beautiful neon lights at night.

Excellent stay at the properties. The room was nice with a little balcony facing the ocean. The one knock I had was the pool...it was a bit cloudy due to the high volume usage, or just from the fine sand dragged in from the beach. Didn’t look very appealing. Overall, nice hotel in Qui Nhon.

Great location.... dated facilities
The location is prime but the facilities are dated and old. Bathroom smell funky and the carpet is sticky. Also, the addition aka extra selection of breakfast is only available for 3+ stay. If you stay 3 night then you only have 1 coupon for the extra selection of break, 6 nights will give you 2.etc... this is the first time I see how they served breakfast this way. Overall, my stay is ok.

Best Hotel in Quy Nonh
I stayed in the new building and the room was better than I expected. It had a fantastic view overlooking the beach. I've rated this hotel based not on being the best hotel I've ever stayed but I've rated it on value for money and I feel that relative to the cost of the room this was a fantastic hotel.

Nice hotel, on the beach, great walking beach!
Working our way down the coast of Vietnam. The Seagull is in a great location on the beach, central to walking throughout town. Rooms are large and comfortable bed however, they have old carpets that need to be replaced in the rooms. We first got a room with two beds, phone didn’t work and wifi didn’t work well. The next day they moved us to a King bed room and phone/wifi worked. We were there for e days and enjoyed the town.

Nice hotel but the room smelt badly of damp.
The hotel was fine but the my room smelt very badly of damp. Upon arrival the doors to the balcony where wide open no doubt to try to get rid of the smell but as soon as the doors were closed the smell was awful.

Quy Nhon Short Stay
The Seagull hotel Quy Nhon is well worth a visit if you are travelling through Vietnam.It is very good value for a hotel of this quality. The resort is mainly frequented by Vietnamese and we got a lot of attention as there were few westerners visiting.

Breakfast buffet was nice, a good omelet and large variety of especially Vietnamese options. Beautiful view and proximity to the beach. Western dinner food was marginal. For room service after repeatedly trying to call "room service", "restaurant" and "office" all with no answer I then took the room service menu to the front desk which referred me to the restaurant which then took my order. I went back to my room to then receive my meal.

All good but the pool was too cold to swim in. Not so many tourists here as opposed to Nha trang so that was great. Good place to try a motor scooter as not as busy but still a pretty good size town. Amazing beach with no one using it.

Pleasant hotel on the beach
A nice hotel with excellent staff right on the Quy Nhon beach. The location is perfect to explore this under-appreciated Vietnamese city, close to restaurants, a walkabot boardwalk, and a slightly longer walk over to Queen's Beach. In January, when I visited, I was surprised and pelased to see the beach was completely clean of litter--nice job on the paart of the city. The rooms are comfortable, and have lovely views. A nice-mid-range hotel all around.

Went to Qui Nohn to look around. I was stationed near there in 1967--68. Had a great tour of the area. The beach is beautiful. Fully enjoyed the experence

The hotel itself was in a great location, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I was severely disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) we received during our stay. Given this hotel was 2-3x the price of many other places I've stayed in Vietnam, I expected top notch service, but I've received a much friendly welcome and had a much pleasanter stay at some of the budget hotels I've stayed in. The staff here was cold and unsmiling. At times it felt like we were imposing on their day simply by ordering food. Extremely disappointing.

me and my partner stayed 5 days in this excellent hotel the hotel was right on the beach and only a short walk to the center of town we booked a three star room but on arrivel they informed us we had been upgraded to the 4 star main building the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the sea the breakfast had a very good selection of food would defiantly stay there again
