"Our stay was wonderful. Kiki's mom was very friendly and made sure we spent time with Kiki as well as take pictures with her. The restaurant staff during breakfast were great too, just make sure you bring change to provide them with a tip. The room that we selected was facing the street and it could be noisy throughout the night but after one night, you get used to the noise. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel stay to others."

"Great hotel to stay at. It was centrally located and very walkable to most things. The staff was friendly and multilingual. The restaurant was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The room was very clean, had a great view and the amenities were on point. I would stay here again when returning. I did not have a car, so cannot comment on parking, but there was a bus stop near by, also taxi and shuttle services were available. Great place to stay. "

"Casa Cruz Verde is a family run hotel in the heart of Cuzco. The family couldn’t do enough for us, they were helpful in every way. When we had early am excursions we had a packed breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!!! "

"The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. I debated whether or not to write this, but I feel like other travelers should know. The first night of my stay I checked in kind of late after 9 PM. It was raining and there was a terrible sewer smell in my room. The smell lasted all night and I even tried to cover the drains with towels and cups and leave the door open. The next morning, the smell was slightly better, but it was still there so I decided I wanted to end my reservation early. The staff was very understanding and kind and did give me a refund. So I’m completely OK with mistakes as long as they are addressed and taken care of. The staff in the hotel did the right thing, and I would give them another chance. Who knows what the terrible smell was from if it was the rain or what but they did the right thing and fixed the problem so I applaud them for that. "
